		<description><![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;I would love to see the test be idea come to the US, but I can imagine it being labeled &quot;socialist&quot; and therefore unacceptable (pet gripe, sorry). We have such great innovators here in the US, that it seems a shame that we seem to be lacking the R&amp;D framework for this kind of development to take place. I wonder what kind of climate change we need to cause companies or the government to take similar steps?&lt;/p&gt;]]></description>
