		<description><![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;Grid parity has been reached in the lab, but not yet at the point of sale. Prices to consumers has been dropping rapidly - two years ago, when I first got interested in solar technology retail price was about 10KUS$ per Kw, now it&#039;s ~6KUS$ per Kw.
I still believe that in order to enable further R&amp;D in the field, incentive plans should make solar even cheaper than current grid prices.
No doubt, solar is here!&lt;/p&gt;]]></description>
