First Solar definitely has a competitive advantage in the states, but there are still tons of threats around the world.

In the solar industry I suggest investing in a small CAP with tons of room for growth, not a stock that will make you 30% in a year if it performs at it's best.

Companies like EVSI, coulumb, and enviromission

Very interesting opportunities…..The solar industry definitely has a tons of room for expansion. There are opportunities all over the place. Envision solar has a very interesting plan about how and where to utilize solar energy. PARKING LOTS. By using this inefficient space and building solar groves, Envision will not only produce solar energy in commercial areas, but their solar groves will also look nice through revolutionary design and engineering and provide shade. The stock ticker in EVSI, so check them out or see some of their plans in some short videos they set up at www.envisionsolar.com/videos/

That is the funny thing about sales projections. somebody sits in a room and says we expected a higher quarter and the company did not meet our expectations so they lost money. They made close to a half a billion but because they didn't make just over a half billion we are down on this company so investors can load up on the drop in the resulting stock price. Do you think it might have something to do with the flood gates of investments coming in for competing technologies?
