		<description><![CDATA[I assume there is some sort of standard plug or interface.  I&#039;ve heard an electric car runs about one third the cost per mile for energy.  I wonder how much carbon is produced by gas versus electric?  Almost all electricity comes from coal fired plants.]]></description>
