&lt;p&gt;There is only one smartgrid in the world and it has been built by Xcell in Boulder.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;AMI is not equal to a smartgrid despite what the meter manuacturers woudl like you to believe.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;President Obama was right in the speech he gave when signing the stimulus bill, Boulder Colorado is the example of what is needed for the US grid&lt;/p&gt;]]></description>
