&lt;p&gt;Important to remember too that the eligibility criteria that apply for the ITC grants is also essentially the same for Accelerated Depreciation on the project assets - of course it also requires a taxable corporation to take advantage of the accelerated depreciation - but the financial benefits to a project can be substantial and can offset upfront capital costs by as much or slightly more than a 30% ITC grant.&lt;/p&gt;]]></description>
