&lt;p&gt;However, a carbon tax can shift the tax burden onto those who would otherwise destroy our civilization and away from those with a more pro-social stance.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;A Carbon tax doesn&#039;t necessarily mean MORE overall taxes. It can very easily mean shifting taxes to those who deserve to pay more.&lt;/p&gt;]]></description>
