You realize in many countries they have taxis that go down the street and back and pick up all who flag them?  Its probably regulations that have been in the way!  Here it is illegal for a taxi coming to drop at the airport to accept a passenger out of the airport.  A monopoly is granted for that service.  Rules and idiocy.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;So why did it take this long to come up with a share a taxi?  The meter so it paid?  most likely.  There are those who see the price going to zero whereveer possible.  Commons lovers.  And there are those who, like Mr Westinghouse, look everywhere for a place to put a meter.&lt;/p&gt;]]></description>
