		<description><![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;Decentralized generation would be much better in many ways.  Property owners would not be eminent domained.  Habitats and vistas would not be cut up by transmission systems.  But unfortunately, the DG model does not fit in well with the corporate capitalist economic model.&lt;/p&gt;]]></description>
