The OneClimate.net organization has been having daily video simulcasts connecting Second Life and the Bali climate conference. Those are daily at 12:30 PM GMT on the sim named ‘OneWorld Meetings’.

Nature Publishing Group has been hosting speakers in SL on topics related to climate change, but the speakers have been at Nature’s offices in London as far as I know. More information about those talks can be found at Joanna Scott’s blog http://network.nature.com/blogs/user/joannascott
