		<description><![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;The Natural Gas industry here in NM - and most other states - is practiced at taking forever to pay everything owed, from taxes to royalties.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Ted Turner would have to be 120 before he&#039;d ever see much of any increase in income from the likes of the mineral rights folks in the West.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;They have to be sued regularly by the states just to get them to catch up on back taxes.&lt;/p&gt;]]></description>
