Before joining GigaOM, she was the editor of Sustainable Industries magazine, where she helped launch a portfolio of research-driven special publications, and an associate editor at the now-defunct utility news and analysis site NWCurrent.com. She continues to speak regularly about green business, technology and media. LeCompte is a graduate of Harvard College.
