I have been using the “Hottest Girls” app from allenthegeek.com. Saves me a heck of a lot of time from having to search for pictures myself. :)

It’s all flooded back and I can’t believe I forgot – the array of disappointing instances where I’m in the middle of a game of Cannon Fooder/Sensible Soccer/Extreme Violence/Giana Sisters/Techno Cop and suddenly I get a Guru Meditation error.

Honestly cannot believe I didn’t make the link. Excellent catch, Vox.

@Cousin Dan – That’s a tough one, I’d almost say both. First Rockchinko and then, if you’re hankering for even more (but with lots of different twists), go for Peggle.

As for the “Guru Meditation” ap…uhm…name is not from a game, it’s from the BSOD-equivalent in the Amiga…the error called all kernel panics “Guru Meditation”.

I’m so relieved “When Sysadmins ruled the Earth” and “Guru Meditation,” which I want to check out, are free apps because I’m sick of devs advertising “limited introductory price” in their descriptions only to LOWER the price after suckering us all in to a quick purchase. Yes, I’m talking about you last week’s “Kids vs. Zombies” and you evil bastards at Monkey Wrench Games LLC. Way to reward your biggest fans and early adopters. Seriously, this is happening often and puts a pox of distrust on AppStore pricing that ruins things for the honest developers I do want to support. I wish the FTC would go after you bozos in the same way they’ve gone after the auto warranty selling idiots.
