		<description><![CDATA[This week I discovered two niche apps (for architects and other technical designers) 
1. ArchScale - Scale ruler
2. CADTouch R2 - Simple 2D CAD drafting software 
Not the type of thing you&#039;d review but great for a few.

Question; Chat clients are very much in the background while doing something else (for me), do you think (on release of 3.0) push service will make this app useful for someone who doesn&#039;t like to sit with it open?]]></description>
