Undoubtedly some of us want to optimize our own websites for the iPhone. I found a nice introductory level explanation of how to optimize a website for iphones. I've been using my iPhone for only a short time though, and I've found that often, I prefer the actual site to an iPhone optimized site. But when done properly, it can totally help the user experience.
