1) Shutdown iTunes

2) Backup your prefs file

VISTA:
C:Users(youruser)AppDataRoamingApple ComputeriTunesiTunesPrefs.xml
OR
XP:
C:Documents and Settings(your username)Application DataApple ComputeriTunesiTunesPrefs.xml

3) Edit the file in a real text editor that understands UNIX linefeeds (notepad++, ultraedit, vi, etc) and paste the following lines below the line under User Preferences:

show-store-arrow-links

AA==

4) Start iTunes and you should be set.
