tag folders works great with files on usb drive plus tag folders has a support area on google groups.

i have never heard back from tagbot when i submit questions. big turnoff!!

Also, there has not been an update in a while.
The tag palette does not even come up again with my hot key. Fortunately the tags are permanent, but the search and tag functions do not work any more. It’s frustrating. I have emailed the folks at BigRobot, and there has been no response. A year ago when I installed, I swapped emails with the author several times…
