This man is becoming a f****** embarrassment to the technology world.
He tried the same thing with the letter “i”. But the courts sided with common sense and told him to p*** off. Hopefully they’ll do the same again.

Peas have lived in pods for thousands of years, how are those poor guys handling this, are they gonna be homeless? What about the headlines “TRILLIONS OF HOMELESS PEAS MARCH ON APPLE HQ”.

I’d have thought the iPhone 4 Antennagate and the stupid way he handled that affair would have finally convinced him to shut his mouth and stop claiming to be the Second Messiah.
Obviously not.

Anyone know of a good alternative to Quick-time? I’m embarrassed to have that on my PC now.

APPLE, is trying to be another microsoft. Can’t put a decent product together so they try to kill the competition with lawsuits.
Next to be sent a cease and desist letter, I’m sure, will be the tripod manufacturers. They will be facing a double-whammy there.
apple’s problem is that they are just a bunch of stupid jerks who haven’t grown up and are taking advantage of a judicial system that is totally out of control.

I have also heard that over there in the states you can patent smells!
