As far as I can tell this capability is not standard in Keynote.

1) displays show the entire desktop, and also

2) video on left side of the screen (the speaker) and “angled” slides to the right.

Is some third party software involved? Thoughts would be appreciated.

Here in the Netherlands, a simple office version goes for 129 euro, business version starts between 250 and the 400 euro (last time I checked). This is the reason I went Mac, for my organization. Compare that with 79 euro for Iworks 09 (or the previous version 08, same price).

I’m not talking about Microsoft Visio that takes you back around the 600,17 euro, compare that with OmniGraffle 199,95 dollar. I love those exchange rates. ;-)
