		<description><![CDATA[More precisely, Gartner reported 5.4 million iPhones sold while Apple (a few weeks ago) reported only 5.2 million iPhones sold with an unchanged level of channel inventory. [1] For some reason, Gartner had the iPhone consistently lower than Apple for several quarters in 2007 and 2008, and they are making up for it this year.
