Thank goodness because I went to the Apple store today and there was a line the hallway. I waited 30 minutes, and the man in front of me had waited 40 minutes, and the line had not moved. I finally left, disgusted, because I'd called the store and was told that there was no wait. Of course, the person answering the phone could not see the line. I went back to my office, logged on, and ordered my iPhone, paying an extra $16 to have it shipped next day. Well worth the wait. I checked a few minutes ago and my phone was already shipped.
