The Family Pack Software License Agreement allows you to install and use one copy of the Apple software on up to a maximum of five (5) Apple-labeled computers at a time as long as those computers are located in the same household and used by persons who occupy that household. By “household” we mean a person or persons who share the same housing unit such as a home, apartment, mobile home, or condominium, including students who are primary residents of that household but reside at a separate on-campus location. This license does not extend to business or commercial users.

@mike – tends to be that the license will work on any 5 computers. The “family” moniker is really on the Honor System, at least that’s how it’s been in the past. Guessing you should be fine to share with your family wherever they may be located, but don’t quote me on it…

I also am very keen to try iLife 09 but I amcurious as to how the family pack works, my family is in hong kong uk and austria, can I still enjoy the family pack price benefits, we already have a mobile me and before that a .mac family account.
Appreciate any information.

I got my shipping notice that it ships today and delivered by Fedex tomorrow the 27th (I paid for the $10 expedited service.)
