While WindowsBlinds is a great product (I would mess my shorts if someone released something as powerful on Mac OS X) I think there may be free Visual Styles that mimic OS X. WindowsBlinds is a cleaner less hacky way of doing it though.

I haven’t tried this in a virtual machine, so I’m not sure if it would work, though I don’t see why not: you could always patch the uxtheme.dll and use themes from DeviantArt. I’ve done this on XP and Vista in the past, and there are a wealth of OS X-style themes available to choose from. It’s not as simple as WindowBlinds, though it doesn’t require you to run or purchase a program to do it, either. If you’re not uncomfortable tweaking Windows, this could be another route.
