Try it out, go to digg.com or something, click the green button, and voila! It fits all the content. Pressing it again will return the size to what you had. BTW, Thanks Apple people for not knowing how your product works.

It’s stupid and inefficient and they need to be weened off of it.

I agree that “zoom” needs to be fixed, but it needs to be fixed to normal zooming.
