The cell companies should be bailing this economy out–not the taxpayer. BTW I did contact Apple thru the “Report a Problem” link on my iTunes receipt, a process that’s a lot more cumbersome than it used to be, but still the only instance I know where you can email Apple and get a timely, human response, and I was informed that the .99 charge would be reversed to my account within 5 days. So we’ll see. Haven’t actually checked into my account yet.
