The show grew significantly since I first went in 2005. That year it didn’t even fill up one hall. In 2006 it filled the South Hall at Moscone Center. Since 2007, they’ve had to use two exhibit halls. Most trade shows have declined in recent years, but until now (the economic mess and Apple pulling out), Macworld managed to buck that trend.
