The disney stores I grew up with were just ToysR’Us or KB Toys that sold strictly disney gear. No organization and no character besides some art and lighting that made it feel like an amusement park. When retail got more competitive and families got more broke, the stores suffered greatly!

Strengthening these is key and making it about the experience will work very well. What’s stupid and always surprising is when I see huge companies with geniuses behind the wheel make some stupid decisions.
