Thanks! I just filled out the form. They say it’s “very important” to send the old power adapter back and that they’re providing shipping material. I’m going to put this to the test and see if they reply when I don’t send it back for a while..

I'll have to order one on their site -- I'm not driving an hour to go to the Apple Store to replace a $20 adapter. Mine has worked fine though... of course I don't plan on tripping over it like some people. :)
