When I use them my girlfriend tells me I shout when speaking, because I can’t hear how loud Im talking.

So I really want to get them, especially if the volume buttons will work, but imagine being on the iPhone and not being able to hear one self talking.. thus shouting when on the phone.

Any info on Apple actually solving this?

This model is probably almost identical to the buds shipping with the iPhone and iPod now, but has volume up/down with the answer button.

It’s also a much more affordable option if you’re just looking for that convenient volume control :)
