good day i have a problem with your service center it si difficult to get hold of them it takes more than ten minutes to get hold of them another thing it takes them long to repair the ipods shuffle like forinstance i sent an ipod shuffle to them on the 08/12/2009 i havent received the ipod up until today so would like to find out how long exactly does it take your repair center to repair an ipod shuffle and ipods ? and why do they dont give us calls to let us know about progress on our repairs? they can do that via email but still no one bothers to do that. please refer to job number:R032383 my client is leaving for her holidays tomorrow she will leave without her ipod shuffle because of poor service in S.A. core group please advise
