I'm with Chris and Tony, how can I share this cal with others, so they can print it directly and I don't have to order it for them? I am a sports photographer and want to make a cal available for anyone who wants to order one. I would love a solution for both .mac account holders and non-account holders.

Joe and Dolores,

I use iCal to enter all my birthdays, events, etc. You can create a calendar called "family calendar" or whatever you want. And then when you're creating the calendar in iPhoto, you can use the preferences or settings to tell it which dates to import into the calendar. I do 3 family calendars and this makes it SO easy!

You say, "If you have already populated iCal with all the year’s birthdays, holidays, events and work it is a simple procedure to have them all added to your printed calendar . . ." So, how do you do it? How do I and the others on this page get the answer?

I ordered 10 calendars for my family last year. When I went to create a new one this year, I found that the project last year had disappeared and I had to retype all the birthdays, etc. again. I want to know also if I can capture the celebratory dates to save for next years calendar. I was very frustrated to have to input the dates into the new calendar. Please answer ASAP because I want to get my order in.

Thanks.
