What I would really like to be able to do is to feed an audio input into iTunes, and have the visualisations follow that audio, rather than actually playing music from iTunes.
Is there any way of doing that I wonder?
I would like to use one laptop for audio DJ’ing, and send the audio output to a second machine purely for visualisations, which would be projected onto a wall/screen.
I use Traktor DJ software, which is a professional DJ package, but there is no visualisation feature.
Even if there was, I wouldn’t want to tie up the screen with that, nor would I want my on screen tinkerings visible.
I can’t see any way of doing this on either iTunes or Windows Media player, but it would be a really useful feature in my book!
Any ideas??
