Cloud communications company Twilio launched a new offering called Message Delivery Information, which the company says will allow its customers to reach more of their audience. Whenever a message sent by a user fails to deliver, the offering will detail just what went wrong, thus allowing businesses to make decisions on whether or not they should resend the message or perhaps take another route by sending an email or making a phone call. Message Delivery Information is free to use for all communication sent using the company’s messaging APIs.
