When it comes to the internet, most Americans use it every day and view it as a beneficial source of communications in their lives. Four in ten adults view it as absolutely essential to their lives. 1. Interesting look at how this ongoing technology infusion has shaped people and businesses. Not really surprised with the results although i would have anticipated a flip of landline and social media. People are obsessed with access to data and knowledge — it drives daily decisions. Would be interesting to see this survey given to businesses to see the parallels. With the ongoing Internet of Things trend, there is even more focus on the customer and making technology utilization and value seamless.
