Last week LG announced production of flexible OLED panels for mobile devices, but it didn’t say when or where to expect them. Engadget got its hands on some pictures of the alleged G Flex, which show a curved LG smartphone, along with some info about the phone’s size and release date.
As you can see, the G Flex features a much more pronounced curve than the Samsung Galaxy Round announced last week. And instead of curving from the sides, the phone is flexed from top to bottom. Engadget’s sources claim the “phablet” will feature a 6-inch display, which will also make it LG’s largest phone yet.
There’s no info on specs or pricing, but it’s believed that LG will release the phone at some point next month.
