Sync your Mailbox iOS app with your Dropbox account (to do this, go to “Settings” in the Mailbox app and tap “Dropbox”) and you’ll immediately get 1 free GB of extra storage space in your Dropbox account, The Next Web found. I tried it, and it works. Dropbox acquired Mailbox in March (Mailbox Co-Founder Gentry Underwood will be speaking at our RoadMap conference).

  1. Copy is excellent and cheaper than Dropbox. It offers you more space for free
than Dropbox. Both are good and both come with the desktop client to
sync your files to their cloud servers.

Check it out and use this link to sign up for Copy to get 20GB free instead of the regular 15GB

  2. Tried this a few times with no luck.

A few suggested unlinking and relinking. Been a week and no increase.

I am even using the email account tied to Dropbox in Mailbox.

  3. Definitely sign up for Copy! It’s huge and free. It’s crazy how much space you can accrue with the referral program. I’m backing up my entire SSD because I have 295 gigs of space for free.

Sign up here and get 20 gigs off the bat!

  4. Nice but what a hassle. If you use COPY you start with 15GB and you get the same functionality.
Want even more? Use the link and you will end up with 20GB

And after that extent it with every referral you can find for 5GB each
