Verizon’s sign-up page for the LG G2 is now live, and comes with an interesting little tidbit of information LG didn’t mention at its press conference. According to the site, Verizon’s variant of the phone comes with exclusive wireless charging capabilities.

Now, wireless charging isn’t the sort of killer feature that’s worth switching carriers over. But it’s definitely a bonus for anyone that was already planning to buy the phone. Just keep in mind there’s no information yet about which wireless charging standard is being used and whether you’ll need to purchase a wireless charging pad in order to take advantage of the function.

Also of note is the design of the black model of the phone pictured on Verizon’s sign-up page. The rear buttons and ring around the camera sensor appear to be made of brushed aluminum rather than the black plastic I saw at LG’s press conference.

Aside from these observations, Verizon offers no new availability or pricing information.
