Angie’s List announced on Monday that it acquired BrightNest, the company we wrote about in March that was one of several startups targeting the home cleaning space. BrightNest provides consumers with tips for cleaning and organization based on their personal homes and preferences.

  1. Hhmmm? This sounds like the fox jumping in the chicken coop….No matter how you slice this announcement, it sounds like perhaps investors were not satisfied with the financial performance of Angie’s List being a fair arbiter…so which are they now?

  2. they went corporate, now watch this company fall trying to appease shareholders rather than customers.
