We went through that with the 1.25m band and UPS years ago. Know 200-222MHz is completely empty, UPS walked away from it. Yet we hams can’t use it any longer.

And we do sit on some relatively prime real estate. the 2m band, 70cm band and higher. Across HF, VHF and UHF and microwave.
