Now that the questions around patents and royalties required in VP8 has been cleared (at least in the MPEG-LA front), the only problem left is companies with a lot of investments made already around H.264 - and the large install base of products using H.264.

		<description><![CDATA[Very interesting.  I would love to know which companies are part of the eleven in MPEG-LA that have signed on.  Apple?  Microsoft?  I&#039;m sure there are still other companies outside of those that could sue if they have video patents and want to score a payday off of Google.]]></description>
