		<description><![CDATA[Early on looking at compliance issues in apps, I came to believe that social was the key to eliciting behavior. I do cal this designing behavior, rather than designing apps. It will be interesting to see the mix of social objects versus people going forward. We obviously cannot get others to be completely attentive to their friends and family, or their devices.

As my eastern European grandparents demonstrated, sometimes the less you say is indicative of a stronger relationship.]]></description>
