It's been about 9 years or so since I bought a TV. The largest TV in my house has a 27 inch screen and is about as wide and deep at the back!! And it weighs a ton! I'm firm believer in not replacing things until they are broken beyond repair or the cost of repair is greater than the cost of replacement.

My next TV will definitely be a smart TV. I don't have cable or satellite etc and my kids watch Netflix through the Wii. Any shows I watch are on the internet.
