the $299 as well as requiring 1000 unit purchase to get the $299
pricing and 2 year commitment on the subscription, and this is an introductory price for the basic package. I think that Educational Resources’ LearnPad looks to be the best Classroom Tablet Solution to date and is $299 with no fees. http://www.edresources.com

I am just not understanding how that math works.

Let’s say your district decides to keep the Amplify around for six years, then the price of the Amplify is costing the district $794 to the iPad’s $399. I am just not getting how anyone can call that price competitive and keep a straight face.
