So in the vernacular of this article, we would be similar to CipherCloud in that we “augment the security of an existing IT infrastructure and uniquely target bringing compliance-grade security to hybrid cloud environments”

One big difference is we make it easy for Consumers and Enterprises who use Dropbox (Googledrive and Skydrive coming soon) to protect their documents in the cloud.
