Great to see the competition for CI gaining some traction. We've almost finished switching to TravisCI (it has great integration into Github) and it's one of the last few remaining tools we hosted ourselves - we switched from Atlassian Bamboo.

The old school tools like Buildbot and Jenkins work nicely but they don't have good UIs, are difficult to set up and especially difficult to maintain. You want very fast builds linked to your other dev tools like Hipchat and Github. Why spin up your own build servers and deal with dependancies when you can use a clean service that does it all for you.

Congrats CircleCI team. This is great news for all of us committed to CI & CD (Continuous Delivery) and the DevOps paradigm. At CloudMunch our goal is to enable dev teams "deliver better software faster in the cloud" and CI is an integral part of this. We have integrated Jenkins CI in our DevOps/Continuous Delivery tool chain and we enable dev teams move from CI to CD seamlessly.
