		<description><![CDATA[I am really sorry to sound negative. Microsoft have just released a new subscription service for their Office suite in the Cloud for $100 a year in Africa.  Now they have introduced a smart phone at 3 times the prices of other Smart Phone devices!  Microsoft need to get back to the drawing board if they are serious about our market.]]></description>
