		<description><![CDATA[PagerDuty is the defacto tool for handling on-call scheduling, escalation and generally dealing with all kinds of alerts. They&#039;ve solved some scaling issues around being on AWS when Amazon themselves have problems so I&#039;m looking forward to the new functionality. There are a few competitor tools around but everyone I know who uses this kind of tool always uses PagerDuty.]]></description>
