From what I have read, there are square merchants who can’t reach any person at square to solve a problem they may be having. I have also read that there are merchants who have over XX,XXX in some cases being held by square, and if they don’t get the funds deposited soon, they will lose their business.

I don’t know about you, but that is just flat out unnacceptable that a company who helps people accept credit cards has absolutely NO customer service other than some shoddy email support that annoys the crap out of people!

I always recommend a traditional marchant account on interchange plus pricing.
