		<description><![CDATA[I would agree that providing some soft of incentive for Enterprise developers to place more of their applications into AWS would be wise. But, I also argue, that large companies are built differently than smaller start up companies. Therefore what is really needed is a comprehensive partnership between Amazon and a Big Enterprise Software company.
