Nice informative post and was following @ayasdi but they must have just updated website because I have a much better idea of what they do with topological data analysis to understand large and complicated data sets with next gen machine learning

property 1 - coordinate invariance
property 2 - deformation invariance - humans good at recognizing
property 3 - compressed representation 

Overall pretty impressive but in addition to Ayasdi and BeyondCore there&#039;s QUID and a few other infoviz players that have some good stuff

I said Bigger is better only if Big Data also becomes ‘smarter’ for faster time to insights
